In a group session participants rest with their eyes closed, either lying on their back, increasing the feeling of relaxation, or sitting, which facilitates access to back chakras. In any case, the most important thing is that the participant is in a position that is comfortable for her.

During the session I alternate collective and individual work, using different tonalities of didgeridoos and singing bowls, working intuitively in areas where special attention is needed.

The duration of these sessions is usually between 1 hour and 90 minutes.
